Nothing is more relaxing than a hot bath.  But bath salts infused with essential oils make it even better.

This recipe is not only moisturizing and helps eliminate toxins, but relaxes the mind and body.

All right... let’s get to it!

Ingredients & Material

  • 1 Medium Glass Mason Jar

  •  ½ Cup Epsom Salts

Epsom Salts are moisturizing, boost magnesium levels, and can reduce stress.  They also can eliminate toxins, support against inflammation, and absorb excess oil.

Sea Salt is also moisturizing.  It can eliminate toxins, improve circulation, and absorb excess oil.

Coconut oil is deeply moisturizing and absorbs quickly.  It's an antioxidant and is anti-fungal.
