HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN
BEACH WAVE HAIR SPRAY

This recipe is all about adding natural and beautiful waves to your hair. And the best part is it’s all-natural.
All right... let’s get to it!
Ingredients & Materials

8 oz. Amber Plastic PET Spray Bottle

7 oz. of Hot Water- Do not boil
-
2 Tbsp. of Epsom Salts
Epsom salt is moisturizing and boosts Magnesium levels. It can reduce stress and absorbs excess oil. It also texturizes the hair.

1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
Sea salt can improve circulation, absorb excess oil, and add stiffness to your hair.

1 Tsp. of Aloe Vera Gelly- I recommend Lily of the Desert aloe vera gelly
Aloe vera is moisturizing and can soothe irritated, dry, and flaky skin.

1 Tsp. of Rubbing Alcohol or Vodka
The alcohol preserves the spray.
Essential Oils I Like To Is:

Lavender essential oil
-
Geranium essential oil
Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender can induce calm and relaxation. It’s antifungal and can improve blood circulation.
Geranium Essential Oil
Geranium can relieve stress and anxiety and improve circulation. It’s antibacterial, a natural deodorant, and bug repellant.
Instructions

Place 7 oz. of hot water, 2 Tbsp. of Epsom salt, ½ a Tsp. of sea salt, 1 Tsp. of aloe vera, and 1 Tsp. of alcohol in a bowl and mix well.

Add mixture to an 8 oz. amber plastic PET spray bottle and shake until all ingredients have dissolved into water.

Let mixture cool, then add 10 drops of lavender and 5 drops of geranium essential oil.

Spray over hair and scrunch it with your hand.

Store in a cool and dry space.

Use within 3 months.
