Not only do the ingredients in this recipe support the body in relaxation, but they also promote a good night sleep.

All right... let’s get to it!



Ingredients & Materials

  • 1 10ml. Glass Roller Bottle

  • 9ml. of Fractionated Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is a deep moisturizer and absorbs quickly.  It’s an antioxidant and is anti-fungal. 


Recipe #1

  • 6 drops of Lavender essential oil

  • 3 drops of Vetiver essential oil

  • 3 drops of Marjoram essential oil


Recipe #2

  • 6 drops of lavender essential oil

  • 6 drops of frankincense essential oil


Recipe #3

  • 5 drops of Bergamot essential oil

  • 5 drops of Lavender essential oil

  • 2 drops of Vetiver essential oil


Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender can promote calm and relaxation.  It supports inflammation reduction and blood circulation.


Vetiver Essential Oil

Vetiver can help reduce stress & anxiety.  It also supports the nervous system.


Marjoram Essential Oil

Majoram supports good digestion, healthy blood pressure, and inflammation reduction.  It also can help reduce stress & anxiety.


Frankincense Essential Oil

Frankincense supports good digestion and the body against inflammation and stress & anxiety.


Bergamot Essential Oil

Bergamot can help decrease depression and promote calm and relaxation.  It supports good digestion and against inflammation.



  • Pour Coconut oil into the roller bottle

  • Next, add your desired essential oil combination to bottle.

  • Then, add coconut oil.

  • Place roller ball and lid on bottle.

  • Shake well

  • Roll on forehead, back of neck and/or bottom of feet and massage.

  • When applying Bergamot essential oil on exposed skin, wait 12 hours before going out in the sun.
