HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN

BODY SPRAY

This recipe contains ingredients with an abundance of health and beauty benefits.  The spray contains properties that support stress reduction.  It also moisturizes and tightens the skin.

All right... let’s get to it!

 

Ingredients & Materials 

  • 4 oz. Amber Glass Spray Bottle

  • 2.5 oz. of Distilled Water

  •  1 oz. of Witch Hazel

Witch hazel Absorbs excess oil, tightens pores, is moisturizing, and supports Inflammation reduction.

  •  1 oz. of Vegetable Glycerin

Vegetable glycerin is moisturizing and also absorbs excess oil.

 

Essential oils I like to use is:

  • Geranium

  • Ylang ylang

  • Lemongrass

 

Geranium essential oil

Geranium supports hormones balances, can relieve stress and anxiety, and the effects of menopause.

It's antibacterial, a natural deodorant, and bug repellant.

 

Lemongrass essential oil

Lemongrass is a natural cleanser and deodorizer.  It has antiseptic and antioxidant properties.  It can reduce stress and anxiety and is a natural bug repellent. 

 

Ylang Ylang essential oil

Ylang Ylang can reduce stress and anxiety,  It supports the libido and can soothe the skin.

Instructions 

  1. Combine 2.5oz. of distilled water, 1oz. of witch hazel, and 1 oz of vegetable glycerin in a bowl.

  2. Next, add 10 drops of geranium, 5 drops of lemongrass, and 5 drops of ylang-ylang essential oils

  3. Add mixture to a 4 oz. amber glass spray bottle.

  4. Shake well and spray on desired areas.

  5. Store in a cool dry place. 

This spray not only makes you smell great but use it as a midday face spray to wake you up and refresh the senses.

 

It's just that easy!
