All right... let’s get to it!

 

Ingredients & Materials

  •  8 oz. Amber Plastic PET Bottle

  • 3.5 oz. of Coconut Milk

Coconut milk is antifungal, antibacterial, and moisturizing.

 

  • 2 oz. of Grapeseed Oil

Grapeseed oil is a lightweight moisturizer.  It balances oil production and promotes hair growth.

 

  • 2 oz. of Castile Soap

Castile Soap is an effective cleanser and is antibacterial.  It can also soothe skin with eczema and psoriasis.

Essential oils I like to use is:

 

  • 15 drops of Lavender essential oil

  • 15 drops of Rosemary essential oil

 

Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender can promote relaxation and blood circulation.  It’s an antioxidant, antibacterial and

antifungal.

 

Rosemary Essential oil

Rosemary can support blood circulation, mental clarity, and stress reduction.  It’s also antibacterial

 

Both oils support hair growth.

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, grapeseed oil, and castile soap in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Then add, lavender and rosemary essential oils and stir.

  3. Pour mixture into 8 oz. amber plastic PET bottle.

  4. Shake well and use.

  5. Keep shampoo refrigerated and use within 1  month.

 

And yes...it’s just that easy!

This recipe contains ingredients that are simple and natural and don’t contain the added toxins that can be found in many manufactured shampoos.

It’s also great for detangling your hair and leaving it feeling clean and soft.  Personally, I don’t even need to use conditioner after shampooing due to this recipes super moisturizing ingredients.
