HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN

RICE & OATS FACE SCRUB

All right... let’s get to it!

Ingredients & Materials

  •  One 4 oz. Glass Mason Jar

  • Coffee/Spice Grinder

  •  3 oz. of Rice Flour

Rice flour is an exfoliator and absorbs excess oils; freshening the skin and giving it a natural glow.  It possesses Vitamin B; which supports new cell and collagen production, slowing down the aging process.  Due to rice flour’s ability to control melanin production, it can lighten and brighten the skin.   It also contains “allantoin” which helps to soothe sun-damaged skin and acts as a natural sunscreen.

  • 1 oz. of Oatmeal powder

Oatmeal powder improves skin tone & texture.  Its excess protein helps protect the skin from harsh chemicals, sunburn, drying, rashes, and acne.  Its an exfoliant and absorbs oils. It supports against inflammation.

Instructions

  1. Grind oatmeal into a fine powder.

  2. Place oatmeal and rice flour in a bowl and mix well.

  3. Add mixture to a 4 oz. glass mason jar.

  4. Add water to about 2 tsp. of face scrub until a paste is formed.

  5. Apply to skin and massage for about 2 minutes.
