This recipe has only one ingredient.  Oatmeal.  Oatmeal is a powerhouse when it comes to cleansing, soothing, and brightening the skin.  And it’s all-natural.

All right... let’s get to it!


Ingredients & Materials

  • 1 oz. of Whole Steel-Cut Oatmeal


Oatmeal possesses antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can relieve itchy, dry, and irritated skin.  It lightly exfoliates- removing dead skin cells and brightening the complexion.

Oatmeal also contains compounds called saponins.  Saponins are natural cleansers that can remove the dirt and oil that clog pores, making it an amazing support against acne.



  1. Take 1 oz. of whole steel-cut oatmeal and add enough water to create a thick milky paste. 

  2. Apply to your skin and massage for 2 minutes, then rinse well. 

  3. The oats can be sticky, so you may need a cloth.   But it well worth it.

It’s just that easy!
